APSIA is comprised of 29 member schools in the United States, Asia and Europe with programs in advanced international study. By bringing together its member schools, the international affairs community and the general public, it facilitates the sharing of information and ideas. The Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs is a public policy school within Syracuse University that offers degrees in the social sciences and public and international affairs (at the master and Ph.D. levels).
The Maxwell School was dedicated on October 3, 1924 and is the oldest of its kind in the United States.
