The Italian is a 1915 film which tells the story of an immigrant who risks everything to come to the United States. It stars George Beban, J. Frank Burke, Fanny Midgley, Clara Williams and Leo Willis.


The movie was written by Thomas H. Ince and C. Gardner Sullivan. It was directed by Reginald Barker (uncredited)and has been selected for preservation in the United States National Film Registry.
