The Mills Corporation (NYSE: MLS) is a publicly traded real estate investment trust headquartered in Arlington, Virginia. The company develops, owns, and operates super-regional shopping malls. Mills has developed a large percentage of their own malls which usually include the title "Mills" as part of the name. The exceptions are those malls the company has acquired in recent years such as Del Amo Fashion Center and Broward Mall.
