Rachel, still trying to get a flight back to New York, runs into Ross at the airport; Ross had hoped that Emily would come for their flight to Athens for their honeymoon. After hearing the final boarding call, Ross asks Rachel if she would like to come with him to Athens, since he doesn't want to be alone. She agrees, and the two are just about to board the plane when Ross sees Emily, who had just arrived. Emily runs away, and Ross tries to catch her in the airport. Unaware that Ross is not on board, Rachel boards the plane and takes off for Athens all by herself. Chandler and Monica decide to continue sleeping together, even though they had previously agreed that they would only have sex while in London.
