Plot summary

The story centers on an enchanting French actress, Noelle Page, who journeys from the ugly fishing town of Marseilles to glory. On the other side of the globe, Catherine Alexander, a beautiful young woman, struggles in Chicago for recognition and success. American war time pilot Larry Douglas is a typical playboy from the States, trotting around the globe sweeping women off their feet. The story follows these three people,Larry first cheats Noelle and then marries Catherine.The story is all about how Noelle works up to take revenge but ultimately what wins is her love for Larry and her life is shattered. Constantin Demiris is a Greek tycoon, who does not forgive and forget.
