Thomas Laird Kennedy (August 15, 1878 - February 13, 1959) was a politician in Ontario, Canada. He was MPP for Peel, and a long time resident of Streetsville (now part of Mississauga),Ontario, where he was Master of River Park Masonic Lodge in 1908 and 1909. He served as Minister of Agriculture for a long period. Kennedy then served as interim Premier of Ontario and leader of the Ontario Progressive Conservative Party following George Drew's loss of his seat in the 1948 Ontario election. Drew decided to leave provincial politics and seek the leadership of the federal Progressive Conservatives. Kennedy was appointed interim leader until the party chose Leslie Frost as its new leader in 1949.
