Thomas Wedgwood (1685-1739) Master Potter of the Churchyard Work, Burslem. Eleder son and heir of Thomas Wedgwood and Mary Leigh of Burslem. He was the father of Josiah Wedgwood, the famous Potter. His eldest son, Thomas Wedgwood IV (1716-1773) taught the young Josiah the Potters trade. His daughter Catherine Wedgwood (wife of Rev.
