TimSmith is the lead singer and guitar player in the progressive punk rock ("pronk") group Cardiacs, based in Salisbury, England, United Kingdom.
When not recording and performing with Cardiacs, Smith is often involved with recording and producing other bands at his home studio in Salisbury, such as Scaramanga Six and the supports for Cardiacs at their 2005 London Astoria show, Johnny 4.
Smith hit the streets, talking to residents; and hit the books, researching what procedures could be instituted in the district to aggressively target drug dealers and their clientele.
