Time Bomb Recordings was a record label founded by Social Distortion frontman Mike Ness together with his manager Jim Guerinot. The label acquired rights to Social Distortion recordings previously released on the defunct 13th Floor Records. In 1992, The groups bought out the Social Distortion rights held by Posh Boy Records. Time Bomb was eventually acquired by Arista Records, and ceased as an active label in 2000.
