Timothy P. Gordon is an independent member of the New York State Assembly. He is the only independent in the New York State Legislature. He was first elected in 2006 to represent the 108th Assembly district. His district includes towns in Albany, Greene, Columbia, and Renseelaer countires. Previously a solidly Republican district, Gordon was elected to serve the district on the Democratic and Independent Party lines in 2006 to replace retiring Republican Pat Casale (who was a liberal Republican himself.) The chamber of the New York State Assembly. ...
