Tlacopan means "florid plant on flat ground" or also named "Tacuba" was one of the mesoamericans kingdoms of the prehispanic age Triple Alianza (together with Tenochtitlan and Texcoco). Tlacopan was founded by Tlacomatzin. This kingdom ended with the Conquest of México by Hernán Cortés and an army formed with few spaniards and a bunch of native allies in 1521.
