The first disc, called Venus: Orbiting, had eleven original studio songs and found Amos experimenting heavily in electronica. It spawned the singles "Bliss", "1000 Oceans," "Glory of the 80's" (Europe only), and "Concertina." The second disc, called Venus Live: Still Orbiting was a thirteen track album compilation of live tracks from her 1997-98 tour. The album reached gold sales status.
