Population In the 2001 census the population was 107,561.
Youth radio station Tonbridge & Malling has an encouraging number of youth projects and organisations including Cupid FM, the areas very own youth radio station allowing young people to become DJs, and present their own shows. The station was setup in late 2005 and has since been conducting broadcasts via the internet, with a future focus on broadcasts via FM serving the borough. It’s target audience is an age range of 13-24 but its main purpose is to allow young people to get involved with their 'own' radio station.
