Tony Arbour is a Conservative Party politician and member of the London Assembly for South West London. He was a GLC councillor for Surbiton from 1983 to 1986 and is the current leader of the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.


He was first elected a member of the Assembly in 2000, and was re-elected in 2004.
