This version of the song appears on the band's 1996 live compilation album, From the Muddy Banks of the Wishkah, and was introduced by Kurt Cobain by its then title, "The Eagle Has Landed." Meaning

The song takes its name from Tourette syndrome (TS), a neurological condition of unvoluntary motor and vocal tics. These tics rarely include the spontaneous and involuntary utterance of inappropriate or socially taboo phrases, known as coprolalia. In Utero Review | Nirvana | Reviews @ Ultimate-Guitar.Com (5799 words)
Some of the songs go for an enormous, stadium sized blow-the-house-down sound (Scentless Apprentice, Radio Friendly Unit Shifter), and some go for a solid distortion, classic marshall sound, where it sounds as though the band is playing next to you (Rape Me, Frances Farmer Will Have Her Revenge on Seattle).
This song is power chords with a second guitar playing the same thing in a higher pitch which really adds to the song 7.5/10.
Take the song Dumb, the 2nd verse goes: "my heart is broke can I have some glue, help me inhale and mend it with you, we'll float around and hang out on clouds, and then we'll come down and have a hangover." Its kind of like Kurt was painted a picture with his words.
