Travis Wall (b. September 16, 1987 in Virginia Beach, Virginia) is an American dance teacher who proceeded through the competition to the final four contestants in the second season of So You Think You Can Dance (the overall winner was West Coast Swinger Benji Schwimmer). Biography

Wall began dancing at the age of three, training at his mother's studio, Denise Wall's Dance Energy, and at conventions. He specializes in contemporary.


He performed for two years in The Music Man on Broadway theatre|Broadway as the understudy for the main children's character Winthrop. At the age of nine, he appeared in a popular Dr. Pepper commercial.[1]


Wall performs regularly with American Dance Artists, in Delmarva, as well as for Evolution, a Los Angeles-based company. Wall also designs many of his own costumes and clothes.[2]


Wall competed on the show So You Think You Can Dance and came in 2nd place, just behind Benji Schwimmer. During Fall 2006, Wall toured across the United States with the top 10 dancers of the "So You Think You Can Dance" competition. His girlfriend Emily Miranda has always supported him


Wall was featured in a book of photography, Moving Still: a Life Performance by David Benaym, photos by Roger Moenks and choreography by Lauren Adams.


Wall's brother Danny Tidwell is a model and inspiration. Tidwell, also a dancer/performer won Ballet competitions worldwide and performed Classical Ballet with American Ballet Theatre.


He tours all year long with New York City Dance Alliance, for which he won several titles.


In February 2007, Travis was featured in a fashion/dance spread in movmnt magazine.
