The Limitation of Naval Armament included many separate treaties. The first treaty being the Four Power Act, included the United States, Great Britain, Japan, and France. These four powers would all be consulted if any two of them began fighting. They also gave each other respect when it came to Pacific islands and mandate rights of possesion of different islands.

The London NavalTreaty was an agreement between the United Kingdom, Japan, France, Italy and the United States, signed on April 22, 1930, which regulated submarine warfare and limited military shipbuilding.
It was an extension of the conditions agreed in the Washington NavalTreaty and is officially termed the Treaty for the Limitation and Reduction of NavalArmament.
It was a revival of the Geneva Naval Conference of 1927 which had been unable to reach agreement because of bad feeling between the British Government and that of the United States.
