He was adopted by the likes of Junkei, and there on became the sucessor to the Tsutsui clan. But it is known that Sadatsugu was very prodigal, so he spent alot of time away from his family in search of pleasure, instead of the important matters of governance. Due to those actions he alienated his capable retainers.
