Tullamore Dew is a brand of Irish whiskey. It was first distilled in 1829 in the small town of Tullamore, County Offaly, Ireland, but is now produced by Irish Distillers Ltd. in Midleton, County Cork, and marketed by Cantrell & Cochrane. The name derives from the initials of an early owner, Daniel E Williams - D.E.W. His home address was dew park and after his death the drink Irish mist was founded by the same companies.
