Turnmills is a London nightclub, on the site of Turnmills Street, Clerkenwell and Farringdon. The club was the first to obtain a 24 hour dance licence in the UK spearheading the move to all night clubbing in the 1990's in the UK. Home of Trade, the first after hours club in Britain. The clock tower of the Palace of Westminster, which contains Big Ben London is the capital city of the United Kingdom and of England. ... Clerkenwell (pronounced clarkenwell) is a locality in the southermost part of the London Borough of Islington. ... Farringdon is a place in London. ...
Turnmills has crap music (low-quality heavy techno), is overpriced (supposed to be £12.00, but was actually £15.00 on the door), and is a horrible place.
Turnmills has a fairly depressing feel, no matter who is there or what night it is. But you could do worse, at least the staff are not snotty and the drinks not too badly priced.
Turnmills is an excellent night club; I have been many times and had an excellent night every time (on a Friday at least).
