Turramurra [an Aboriginal term meaning "Big Hill"] is a suburb of Sydney, Australia, part of the Ku-ring-gai Council Local Government Area. It is located approximately 14 kilometres from the Sydney central business district (20 kilometres by road) and has a population of about 20,000 residents.
