Tyco is the former name of Mantua Industries. The name was derived from the phrase TYler COmpany after its founder, John Tyler. The company manufactured model trains. It was shut down October 31, 2001.

Tyco's shares ended unchanged in U.S. trade on Thursday but are well below their 52-week high of $60.09.
