Cookie become a tyrant when he ordered the assult on the two fat slugs with rocks, water bombs and some lemons.

When Cookie lost he rule, he became a raging drunk and got arrested for being in pocession of an illegal substance (V.B) at the local tournament. He also got into whoring (usally with dirties), from his love of whoring he contracted crabs and HIV.
