"U Make Me Wanna" is a single by American rapper Jadakiss featuring singer-songwriter Mariah Carey, from Jadakiss' album Kiss of Death. The single, released in 2004 (see 2004 in music), was co-written by Jadakiss, Carey, and Scott Storch and produced by Storch. It became Jadakiss' third Top 40 single in the United States, and was Carey's twenty-sixth U.S. Top 40 single. "U Make Me Wanna" is the first and only proper, non-remixed single released as a collaboration between Jadakiss and Carey. The two have worked together in the past on "Honey" (Bad Boy remix) (on which Jadakiss appears as part of The Lox), and "Miss You", which was intended for Carey's Charmbracelet (2002) album (but was shelved until later).
