Route description

Camden County

Atlantic County

Shortly after entering Atlantic County, US 30 comes to its intersection with US 206 and NJ 54 in Hammonton. After leaving Hammonton, US 30 becomes a divided highway with grass median and jughandles. This continues until Egg Harbor City, when the median ends. Here, US 30 intersects with NJ 50, as well as CR 563, which will be concurrent for the next 3 miles before bearing off to the South. Soon, US 30 intersects with CR 575, 2 and half miles before going under the Garden State Parkway which has a partial interchange with US 30. Just before the parkway, US 30 again becomes a divided highway, it will remain as one for the rest of the route. In Absecon, it intersects US 9. US 30 then enters Atlantic City, where it meets NJ 87.
