Union Sportive Arlequins Perpignan (French) or Uni� Esportiva Arlequins Perpiny� (Catalan), generally abbreviated as USAP, is a French rugby union club that plays in the city of Perpignan. It currently competes in the top level of the French league system.

	Perpignan is a rugby football stronghold: their rugby union side, USA Perpignan, is a regular competitor in the Heineken Cup, and their rugby league side plays in the Super League under the name Les Catalans.
