Most UWExtension courses are designed and intended for persons who have completed high school, and are able to benefit from and contribute to courses taught in a university academic setting.
UWExtension students are ineligible for the University's financial aid programs in most cases.
Matriculated UW students may use Extension credit courses in partial fulfillment of their financial aid credit requirements; however, payment for UWExtension courses is in addition to regular tuition.
