The Ulchis or Ul'chs (Ульчи, ольчи in Russian; self designation: пани, or pani) are an indigenous people of Siberia. They live in the Khabarovsk region, on the lower Amur. 90% of them live within the district of Ulchi. The Ulchi language belongs to the Tungusic language family.
