Universidat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) is the Catalonian name of the Open University of Catalunya. Internet based and centered, this is one of the earliest distance learning universities available, offering graduate and postgraduate programs covering fields like Psychology, Sciencies of Education, Economy, and so on.
