History

The University of Gastronomic Sciences (UGS) is a unique institution. From its inception in 2004, UGS has been an innovative school by traditional European standards.

The University of Gastronomic Sciences is controlled by a Board of Directors.

The University of Gastronomic Sciences is located in Pollenzo, Italy, in the suburbs of Bra, Italy. [1]


The university is housed in an old farmhouse. Its administrative buildings and teaching corpus is spread among various buildings.


Academics

The University of Gastronomic Sciences offers a three year academic program resulting in a degree. In addition to coursework, students are required to attend stages throughout Europe and the world.
