Plot Bart (Bob Hoskins), is a mobster in charge of collections. Danny (Jet Li), is Bart's dog. Whenever Bart takes off the collar, Danny will attack and kill whoever Bart says. An accident separates Danny and Bart, and starts Danny on his journey to becoming human. When circumstances bring these two back together, Danny has and changed and Bart refuses to accept it.
