Urban Splash was founded by Tom Bloxham, a graduate of Manchester University, whose initial business experience was selling pop posters in Affleck's Palace in Manchester. Regeneration company Urban Splash has seen pre-tax profit dive to £2.9m in 2007 from a figure of £8.9m in the previous year.
Urban’s turnover rose to a record £62m in the 12 months to 31 March 2007 (comparable figure in the previous year: £57m).
