Vazul [Basil] (11th century) was a Hungarian noble of the Árpád family. He was the grandson of Taksony by his father Michael. His brother was Ladislaus the Bald. He was a cousin of Stephen I of Hungary. He took part in a conspiration aiming the murder of king Stephen, since he was excluded from the royal succession in favour of Pietro Orseolo. The assassination attempt failed. Vazul was blinded and his sons were exiled.
