Attah was full of nostalgia in admiration of the edifice he helped to design as an architect about two and a half decades ago while in Zaria.
Attah also reasoned that in view of the benefits derivable from a diversified economy, well-meaning Nigerians would not contrive to misinterpret the campaign for the involvement of communities in the exploitation of resources in their areas.
Governor Attah who was the guest speaker, further argued that the restiveness and friction in oil producing communities were largely due to the frustration the people suffered from exclusion in the exploitation of the oil and the devastation of their environments by the producing companies.
