The Vishera River (Вишера in Russian) is a river in the Perm Oblast in Russia, left tributary of the Kama River. It is 415 km in length. The area of its basin is 31,200 sq km. Main tributaries: Yazva and Kolva. The Vishera River freezes up in the late October - early November and stays under the ice until the end of April. There are diamond deposits in the basin of the Vishera River.
