Waino Edward Hendrickson (June 18, 18961983) was an American Republican politician who was the acting Governor of Alaska Territory in 1957, and again from 1958 to 1959. He was born in Juneau, Alaska.

Hendrickson got a sales tax passed to pave the streets, and Juneau thus became the first city in Alaska that was fully paved.
Hendrickson also served in the territorial House of Representatives from 1948 to 1953.
In 1871 he joined with Edward Cooper and Samuel J. Tilden in a campaign to oust the Tweed Ring from controlling both the Tammany Hall Democratic organization and the municipal government of New York City.
