Life and Career.

Walter Kaiser was born in 1933. He studied at Wheaton College, Illinois and earned a Ph.D. from Brandeis University. Kaiser has published widely and is an influential evangelical Old Testament scholar. He currently serves as president of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Previous to his appointment at G.C.T.S. he was academic dean and Professor of Old Testament at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School where he taught for more than twenty years.
