Warren is a city in Warren County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 10,259 at the 2000 census. It is the county seat of Warren CountyGR6. Warren is home to the headquarters of the Allegheny National Forest, Northwest Savings Bank, Pennsylvania General Energy, and Blair Corporation, a large mail order business.
