Foster's long career with Warner Brothers began in 1938 as a writer on the Porky Pig short, Porky's Naughty Nephew and ended nearly 170 cartoons later in 1959 with his work on the Tweety Pie short, Tweet Dreams. In fact, Foster was the composer of Tweety's theme song, I Taut I Taw A Puddy Tat.
