Wayne David (born July 1, 1957) is a British politician He is the Labour Member of Parliament for Caerphilly.
Wayne David was elected to the Westminster Parliament at the 2001 General Election for the safe Welsh seat of Caerphilly following the departure to the Welsh Assembly of the former Secretary of State for Wales Ron Davies.
In parliament Wayne David has been a member of the European Scutiny Select Committee and since the 2005 General Election he has been the Parliamentary Private Secretary to the Minister of State at the Ministry of Defence, Adam Ingram.
