Wednesday Night Baseball is a Major League Baseball oriented television program on ESPN and ESPN2 that usually runs on Wednesday nights at 7 p.m. ET, with a doubleheader. It debuted in 1990 when ESPN first acquired MLB rights. Since 2000, Wednesday night baseball doubleheaders usually air at 7 p.m. on ESPN and 10 p.m. on ESPN2, though this can change depending on ESPN's programming schedule. ESPN DayGame is also seen at 1 p.m. ET on ESPN to esentially make Wednesdays a tripleheader with games all day long at 1pm ET and 7pm ET on ESPN and at 10 p.m. ET on ESPN2.
