In "Welcome to My Truth", Anastacia sings about her relationship with her father, which wasn't great. He suddenly left when she was a little girl, and never tried to contact her, neither when she became famous!

In the music video, a young girl is shown that noticed her parents are having a fight, while clips are shown of Anastacia singing that "she has hit about a million walls" in the garden. At the second verse, the little girl is shown playing with toys and watching tv with her brother and mother. When the chorus breaks again, she's at school making a portret of Mona Lisa, of which she gets a medal for. When she gets home, she sticks the #1 prize to the refregirator so her mom would sure see it and be proud of her. The mom, however, doesn't even pay a look at her prize at walks by it. Next, the toddler is shown painting a happy painting. It represents that even though her life isn't as perfect as she wants it to be, due her parents fighting all the time, she can still be happy and not let this get in the way of her life. Chart succes

Welcome to My Truth wasn't as succesful as the other two singles off Anastacia's selfnamed album, unable to reach the top ten in most European countries. Although it did not peak at #1 like the two former singles, the single was pronounced to be her best-selling single in Spain, reaching the number 3 position in the Los 40 chart and remaining in the chart for 25 weeks!
