Geography

Winston is located at 46°28'36" North, 111°39'32" West (46.476685, -111.658941)¹.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 8.7 km² (3.4 mi²). 8.7 km² (3.4 mi²) of it is land and none of it is covered by water.

Demographics

As of the census² of 2000, there are 73 people, 27 households, and 18 families residing in the CDP. The population density is 8.4/km² (21.8/mi²). There are 30 housing units at an average density of 3.4/km² (8.9/mi²). The racial makeup of the CDP is 95.89% White, 0.00% African American, 1.37% Native American, 1.37% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 1.37% from two or more races. 0.00% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There are 27 households out of which 40.7% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 51.9% are married couples living together, 11.1% have a female householder with no husband present, and 33.3% are non-families. 25.9% of all households are made up of individuals and 14.8% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.70 and the average family size is 3.44.
