The Women's Professional Rodeo Association (WPRA) represents women participating in women's events during professional rodeos. Established in 1948, the WPRA also stages all-women rodeos and the annual Women's National Finals Rodeo. At WPRA sanctioned All Women's Rodeos, women compete in events which most professional rodeo promoters restrict only to men; including bareback and bull riding, breakway and tiedown calf roping, and team roping.
