Encyclopedia > Worldwide Church of Satan

The Worldwide Church of Satan is an international religious institution dedicated to the principles outlined in the Concise Satanic Bible. It holds that the two elemental forces of the cosmos are Satan and God, positivity and negativity. It sees the world as being rather gray, a gray being composed of the two basic elements. Within society, the universal polarity is seen to apply. The Church is for the members of society who are more negative than positive. Church members are encouraged to revel in their true identity, knowing that they are only fulfilling their destinies.
