Xaignabouli (Lao ໄຊຍະບູລີ) is a province of Laos, located in the northwest of the country.


In 1904 the area of the province was ceded from Thailand to the French colony. 1941-1947 as part of World War II the province was temporarily restored to Thailand under pressure from Japan.
