The Xedos 6 was a European-market luxury car based on the Mazda CA platform also used by the Mazda Capella. Identical to the Japan-market Eunos 500, it was produced for model years 1993 through 1999 and was available in two versions, the 1.6i and 2.0 V6. Der Kauf eines gebrauchten Mazda Xedos 6 oder Xedos 9 ist sicher kein Fehler.
Beim Xedos 6 sollte bevorzugt zum Zweiliter-Sechszylinder gegriffen werden, beim Xedos 9 zum 2.5i V6.
Zwar ist der Xedos 6 mit dem kleineren 1.6i 16V oder der Xedos 9 mit dem kleinen Zweiliter-V6 des Xedos 6 etwas günstiger in der Anschaffung und auch ein wenig sparsamer, aber leider auch eher für das jeweilige Gewicht etwas schwach motorisiert.
