The United Kingdom is followed by the United States with 4 Grand Prix victories. Anyone 19 or under who loves music is welcome to participate in the Teens' Music Festival.
In short, it is a free style music festival in which anyone can participate and get involved.
Regional rounds are supported by local municipalities and Boards of Education in all 47 prefectures in Japan, and the national finals are supported by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science, and Technology, as well as the All Japan Senior High School Cultural Federation.
