Yousouf Ouedrago (born 1952) is a politician in Burkina Faso. He is a member of the ruling Congress for Democracy and Progress. In 1992 he became the first Prime Minister of Burkina Faso since 1983. He served as Prime Minister from 1992 until 1994. Since 1999 he has been the foreign minister of Burkina Faso.
