Yugh(Yug) is usually considered to be an extinct language. Yugh is a Siberian language. There are currently 2 to 3 semi-speakers. Yugh is closely related to the Ket language. These languages are considered to be language isolates.

Yugh were founded as a theatre studio by Vagif Ibrahimoglu with the help of Ministry of Culture and Hasan Turabov in 1989 and granted a state status in 1992.
